 Last night, I catered a fancy dinner for 50 people. It was buffet style and I prepared for it for days. Last month I did one for 80, which was my highest so far.

I am not a professional caterer, and fix most everything in my little apartment kitchen. It's fun to do, because I love to cook and create things, but I wouldn't want to do it all the time.

In the photo you see part of the dessert: tartlet shells, filled with lemon cream cheese creme, topped with a fresh black berry. They were yummy, if I may say so myself.

Beautiful! The blackberries look larger than life. I bet these were scrumptious!
The creams are a little hot, but not to bad. The composition is fantastic!

These look so delectable and my mouth is watering, especially reading the ingredients ! OH Yeah- great dof & colors :)
(I have enough trouble serving a nice meal to a family of 6- so this feat is amazing to me-"Amazing Alicia" ! )
