The background creates an interesting effect - it almost seems as if it's in motion, while the flowers are still, watching the world pass them by.

Interesting subject and background but the redness is a bit much. Warm tones are nice, but overdone here.

I love the choice of color tone. Excellent use of close foreground with good DOF. Placing the stem right around the left 3rd line also creates a fantastic frame and leads the eye wonderfully. Just a really nice shot.
