 Taken in a dark room with big aperture, high ISO, and extra long exposure

Used a light made from regular flashlight for the artist's two face positions, then he drew the caricature with small flashlight, finally shine the home-made light on the hand

Adjust contrast, level, resize, sharpen, remove hot pixels and add frame
