I really like this shot except for the spots up by the chair, to bad it was not expert editing where you could clone them out, still very nice feel to the shot and the lighting seems about right. |

I would have liked to see the chair in the right third. It would look more inviting to have more space in front of the chair. |

quirky composiiton.. maybe the chair should have been nearer which would have made the composition less awkward.. |

I don't understand the title, but this looks like it is placed in a snowbank? Aha I see (duh). It was there before the snow fell. |

Wonderfully done, but I do wish there was room to sit down. I think the composition would have been much stronger if the chair were in the top right portion with an opening for the viewer to want to walk up and sit down. |

A tricky photo to expose, and I for me this is what lets this shot down. The snow just looks muddy and grey instead of a nice crisp white. |

A very thoughtful piece. I can't work out what's under the chair, and I wish it wasn't there, but I'm glad you didn't go stomping across to retrieve it ;) |

I love the simplicity of the image. I wish it were a little mor high key. But, that is my taste. 8 |

Back to comment: The tension created by having the chair face the outside of the image is wonderful. I would have like to see a bit more white to the snow. Nice job. 8 |

This speaks volumes to me. It's my kinda thing, it's extremely well done. The quiet sadness represented by a lone chair left in the wonderful expanse of gray snow. That bit of light and shadow is just perfect. |

I love innovative and creative shots like this.... because the boring same old, same old in these free studies can become tiresome to view.
Great shot, great idea - 9/10 |
