 This is gonna do soooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad - and I don't care. I put it in because I LIKE IT.

First off, I like the contrasty processing and the flash was intentional.

Second, the idea for the face came courtesy of the folks who sold Reflectoporn on ebay.

I think kettle man was the first. Seriously, how does one come up with an idea like this anyway? Shake your money maker, baby.

I initially thought of someone being shocked to find that they bid on reflectoporn and when they got the item - the reflectoporn was gone! So I got my son to do the shocked look and when I processed it, he came out looking a little possessed. He may acually be, but I love him anyway.

Also, I think some haunted items have been sold on ebay as well. Here is one...

This is my first entry with RAW processing (I used silkypix) and then I did the contrasty stuff and USM in Photoshop.

I thought this was hilarious when I saw it, but also winced, since we all know what happens to shots like these. :) Nicely original for this challenge.

To hell with the score, this is one of your fantastic surreal and to be honest slightly scary images which I have become accustomed to.

I bet you this suffered at the hands of speed voters who did not spot the face in the metalwork

Many congratulations on the evolution to working in RAW (perhaps appropriately giving the title of the image)

I can't believe you linked to the haunted painting. I KNOW the painter! He's married to a colleague of mine, and I spent a pleasant evening in their loft when she hosted the office holiday party. Cool guy. He has a large version of it.
