 Taken in the bamboo grove behind my home. Image was highlight/shadow modified and rotated 90 degrees clock wise. I'm very proud of this image. It kinda happened while I was setting up for a different shoot. Spontaneity is a wonderful thing.

Lovely shot. You should be proud of it. It's not the sort of image that is appreciated by the "pretty picture" voting majority, but I'm sure the artists on the site are quite appreciative.

This is a very interesting pattern. The highlight details on some leaves are blown out,otherwise this is nice.

What beautiful movement in this photo, it is so calming, very zen-like. My only nit-pick is the center leaves which are blown out. Other than that it's excellent.

Grows on me as I look at it longer, though the blown out leaves in the centre bother me. The outer areas of the image, with the high contrast but still some texture and detail in the leaves, are stronger, for me.
