It appears that the picture allows the viewer to interpret the subject of this image. I am a big fan of such things...It has a ant or insect quality to the blurry figure on the right. The more I look well now I see a electric toothbrush and so on and so on... |

I can't share the current fascination with texture overlays, but find it impossible to resist this image. It's not as ambiguously detailed as Man Ray/Duchamp's "Dust Breeding" and much flatter than their moonscape, and the brush is worn enough to conjure another use for the obsolete, which, nostalgically,
reminds me: we're not dead yet, but our world is getting old.

Haunting and beautifully minimalistic - it's really drawing me in and has a great multi-dimensional effect. |
