 This series of neon sign pictures was for a thread entitled, "Local Assignment." My assignment was the Neon Blade Signs of Durham North Carolina. So these were my three shots for that thread.

This particular shot is downtown Durham across the side street from the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Long exposure is the reason for the star looking flare.

As I look at some of your photos I wish there were some details to tell me what you were aiming for, and why you took each particular photo. Without context, or challenge theme, its hard to know what you were aiming for.

This is a nice night shot, the light stars give it a holiday feeling. The composition is pleasant, the exposure is good. So now, where was this taken? What exactly am I looking at?
