 I envisioned this using a different location and different set of "models". I really wanted a more urban/office look to the guy and I wanted an angle which would have allowed me to play a bit with the DOF with the wife waiting in the background. However, this was what I had to work with.

The fact that the door is two different colors could be distracting, or could work in my favor. It does provide a fairly distinctive "dividing line" between both sides of the door...the husband sneaking in and the wife waiting. It's why the bottom is cut off so that the door does become a dividing line.

The photo itself is suppose to fit the topic of conflict, and yet to me have a bit of humor about it too.

I also really wanted the wife not in white and in something more feminine, but oh well.

LOL. This is great. I love the candid feeling created by the angle. The holding of the shoes makes this perfect. This is going to be quite some conflict! My favorite so far. 10

Uh oh, somebody's in trouble!! The crop and framing here is excellent -- it helps to build the tension. Also the body language speaks volumes, and including the faces may have hurt that -- especially if they were having a hard time keeping a straight face, or if their expressions were contrived.

made me smile. I like the angle and the wierd crop. it focuses all your attention on his shoes in hand and her impatience with folded arm and tapping foot. great job!
