Is the conflit what caused the stitches?

good crop on the eyes, they tell a thousand tales. And I am staring and wondering about that scar... a very good try indeed. 9

Ok. I will. You look like a very friendly over neat-imaged person with a cute milipede on his forehead! 5

THe skin looks a little yellow. Also I'd crop some of the black off the right side to make the whole thing a little better which would also draw a little more attention to the gash.

Yeah you got a scar....

Were the stitches caused by conflict or an accident?

Very evocative statement here, probably one of the very few metaphorical ones that will do well I think! I'd like to see it done in black and white, but you might lose the impact of the scar.

nice pic, but (for me) does not fit the challenge well - it doesn't say 'conflict' without an explanation. Show the pic to strangers, and say nothing. Ask "What is the first thing that comes to mind?" or even 'What is the conflict in this image?' and let me know if anyone gets it.
