Hats off to Louddog and Bibliophile, you understood. If only the rest of us could be so open minded..... |

Nice shot, interesting capture and beatiful detail. Without the title, the picture doesn't convey any conflict message. |

Good shot of a wolf, but I don't think an entry should depend on it's title to indicate conflict. This guy could be standing there very happy and content. But you did nail the shot. |

Excellent photo. A title to the effect of urban sprawl or who was here first might have helped it meet the challenge better. 10 from me. |

I know it's a hard subject to do a macro with but your picture seemed like it has been cropped a lot. The details are rough. Also your picture look like it's been heavily edited. Finally, in my mind you need 2 subject to get a conflict. |

you're not feeding him...and he's just standing there...this photo minus the title conveys no conflict |

Beautiful animal. The title explains a lot and the animal standing on the road really says a lot once you know what to look for. Excellent statement on a sad situation! |

nice pic, but (for me) does not fit the challenge well - it doesn't say 'conflict' without an explanation. Show the pic to strangers, and say nothing. Ask "What is the first thing that comes to mind?" or even 'What is the conflict in this image?' and let me know if anyone gets it. |

The picture should fit the challenge, not the title. |
