Yes the sky really was that good. This was taken in Benidorm Spain and at the time the prom was just lined up with dozens and dozens of folk with cameras.

This is very pretty, I would like to suggest that you get a strong spot light and with a long exposure light up the palm trees to make them stand out more. Then you would be in ribbon range. :)
