 My first attempt at portraiture (self- or otherwise) and my first ever submission to DPChallenge. I know it is not particularly creative and the model is not particularly attractive ... ;-)

I don't have particularly high expectations for this particular image, although I'm hoping that I don't place in the bottom quartile. This entry is primarily to gain feedback from the DPChallenge community to help me improve as a photographer.

great expression on your face..I was thinking to myself "I wonder what he's thinking.." and then I read your title and just about spit tea on my monitor! Lighting is adequate, but you could have used a bit of a reflector on your right side.

...don't know about the pants, but I think your worth a six just for looking like you might understand the Dow Jones Index.

nice. I tell you what. You posed very nicely, I like this photo, clean sharp (could be sharper) but why didn't you do this with darker background. Oh man, it would be much better. Now it looks like a quick shot in the office, put the same thing with dark background with light, filler and a main... Why don't you do that after challenge is over, I bet you everyone else would agree with me :) Good photo overall :)

Excellent title! Alas, photo quality isn't up to par with title. Lighting & sharpness are only so-so. It's not a bad photo, just not a great photo.
