I've looked through almost all of your pictures and I think this one is my favourite - although it was a tough decision.

| I've ponder this one several times and I am now finally able to say that I like it very much. The item that has turned me in its favor is the excellent color of the DOF and tone of the subject. Excellent definition and while the composition might have gone angular one way or the other, i'll let that go due soley to the steel blue gray color. |

| Interesting closeup of the barbed wire. Great textures. I like the background really makes the composition dynamic. It really pushes out the subject and makes it pop out of the shot. The colors makes it seem like a cold image, thus the feeling of the metal. "10" |

| I absolutely love the monochrome feel to this, and the way the background really enhances the sharpenss of those barbs. Excellent shot. I'm inspired to try something like it, myself. Perfectly fitting the challenge as well. 9 |

| Lovely lovely toning on this one, love that blue!! Although I love narrow DOF, I wish it extended a bit more into the right hand barb. Texture and detail here is marvelous. Yummy. |

| Nice colours, great background - love that "cloud" feel. "X" composition of wires works well as does shallow DOF. Interesting texture on the wire itself - like old paint that's worn off. |

| Very well done, I especially like the grey/blue toning. The only thing that might make it better is if both barbs were in focus. But as is, it is very nice :) |
