Very striking, I thnk I would crop in closer on the face. Maybe crop to the 2nd button on the bottom, and just above the hat. Fill the fram with the subject.

The tones you have here are incredible and grab at your attention. However there is something slightly lacking overall. I think it is the cropping out of the shoulder that I find taking away from it or it could be a softness around the eyes. Overall it is very good just has room for some minor improvements.
