WHAT A SHOCKER!!! Thanks to all who voted for me. Originally I was going to use my little camera for the fuzzy/noisy effect, but decided against it and added my other camera's so I could use them in the challenge. I was on holiday and saw the opportunity for the perfect shot for the challenge. After giving her a few coins and a bagette I had just purchased, I was able to take several shots of her...this being what I thought to be the best. Thanks again to all!

Her walking stick next to her; her sandals much close; her hands up for alms; her story: a problem the world needs to pay much attention to.

I agree: 'Beggar Woman' is a nice photo by C. Ostom.

I think this is a beautiful shot. I love the colors and expression on her face. I wish her face was a little more lighter to see her eyes better though. Good.

This is a very nice street shot that I like, I think you could improve this photo by saturating the colors in Photoshop, I would like to see the pink and purples pop.Good luck in the challenge..... Gallatin

with better processing this cuold be fantastic. It just looks flat as it is. Some curves here would look brilliant, but it seems to have been neglected. Shame, you're sitting on a great image.

The color is dull and the contrast is not there. As for composition, I'd preferred a lower angle shot.

I love the capture and the composition, but the color is a little blah. Maybe up the sat. and contrast?
