 This was taken with the 85mm f1.8 I wanted the tree to be blurred as it was meant more as a backdrop than a feature. Some may not think that was the right way to do it, but I like the blurred background over all of the detail fo the pine needles.

I think the "expression" previous commenters are talking about is the "what have I done to deserve this punishment!" look. He's cute, I miss my pooch

His pose and expression are priceless here! Its like he/she is thinking, get me out of here! I would straighten the picture slightly, but other than that, I think it is great.
