The high contrast was a great choice. Gave the image tension without being overdone. Great image, super fit to the challenge. I agree that it was robbed.

Very good use of light and shadow. Nice color touchup. Though blurred you can still tell what the objects in the front, are, and what the relation is to the flower in the back. Good job.

the forward blossoms may have looked better turned around, the stems are somewhat distracting. the composition otherwise is very appealing. your colors are very complimentary and the lighting adds interest
