 OK, it's a real shoehorn into the challenge and it'll not score well but I'm entering it for two reasons:

1. I need to enter something
2. I like squirrels, we don't get them in NZ

Exceptionaly nice picture, but way out of subject. The title in my opinion cannot make a picture meet the challenge. You should have put this in the free study.

Without the title I wouldn't see popcorn anywhere. Great picture though, so I'll give you good points. If you had bribed the squirrel with a popcorn kernel it would probably be higher.

I won't give the doesn't meet speech and will rather talk about the shot. The shot is fabulous. Cropping is very very good and the image is tack sharp. I really like this one.

Awww cute squirrel - nicely done. I like the composition, the sharp focus on the entire foreground, and the shallow DOF to blur the tail. For me, it is kind-of a title stretch to fit the challenge. Excellent photo less questionable qualification of the challenge still nets you a 6 from me.

I think this is a great catch and love the focus. I'm giving this a 7 but I would have given you a higher score if the popcorn was more obvious to me.

ahhh- this photo in an animal challenge would look great- how fluffy he looks, looks like its smiling and dosnt want no one to steal his nuts. nice

a tighter crop would be better to get rid of the top and right. nice focus and sharpness.
