I'd crop tighter to remove the unnecessary lights in the right hand side background. It's a shame we can't see his eyes. |

Nice image, but if there was eye contact with the camera, the image would be much more powerful. Also, bumping up the contrast would help. |

Sorry, but I see multiple light sources. As a photo, it's very very nice though. |

good b/w conversion. good job in the exposure, keeping the dark parts still visible. |

Rules call for "a single, artificial light source." Looks to be outside in daytime. The sun is a natural light source. DNMC. Nice otherwise. |

This appears to be natural light and not artifical light as required by the challenge description. |
