I didn't vote on this but I am sure my score would have raised your ave. ;)
I like this the best out of the ones that I saw. For me, the gaze pulls me in. Love the color tones as well. |

Thanks all.. the yellowish cast was the reflecting light through the autumn trees, hence the title. very little work in photoshop. I love this shot mostly because of the lighting..
Bobster- lazy eye? hehehe lazy boy more like.
Thanks for the comments and votes |

the greenish cast is not appealing to me, and the just slightly off center comp seems a touch off, otherwise it's a very good portrait of this young man. |

I love the natural framing behind him with the bowed trees. Love the funky greens too. Too bad the average guy doesn't get it huh? |

Don't like the colour balancing... he looks quite ill. I'd have used Photoshop to fix the lazy eye. |

7 - Nice colors, nice bokeh, nice portrait. Wonder about an even tighter crop, but this is nice. |

One of the best portraits in the challenge IMO. The background is a wonderful frame. The colors, bokeh and patterns work wonderfully together. Great detail and focus on your model and the fact that your model isn't one of those super pretty people (not that he is ugly by any means - just a normal guy) adds to the realness of the image. Well done. |

Shades of autumn indeed - this is FANTASTICALLY glorious! The richness and depth of the color are astounding. |

Just wonderful colours. Good model, but the eyes are lacking. A reflector would have done wonders here, if you don't have one, you might benefit from trying the 'Pimp those Eyes' tutorial by idnic.
Slight dodge above the right eye would also have stopped the eyebrow looking so extreme. |
