 Climbing Wide Load 5.9 at Mt. Nemo "from the ground up" on a beautiful autumn day on the Niagara Escarpment. I shot this among others of my friends after leading the route and fixing an anchor from above for the neat camera angle.

Ok it is the reverse but it works somewhat. It is nice to see the person climbing from the face and not the butt. The colour is nice and I like the DoF. Good take on the challenge discription.

I do believe that you might have misread the Challenge description which stated: "Take your best image from the perspective of the ground up". You might have considered cropping out the branches to the left of the image as they are a distraction and add nothing to the image.

Different represantation of the challenge, =) most of us where looking from the ground up, while on your its the subject coming from the ground up! Very nice 9

creative interpretation of the theme. sadly the mishmash of colors distract, as does the goofy face. perhaps another angle showing how far from the ground up would help
