| A difficult subject....... your exposure is pretty good - detail in the shadow is evident and highlights except for the left side is about right. A nice specimen! |

Great shot that works well as it is. many of these whots need somethign extra, i feel like that is all i have typed in the last 3 days 9boring - needs a leaf/bug/spot of colour) becasue most people seem to shoot straight down so there is no feeling of dimension or depth.
This however has what the others lack. Good luck I give you a 10 ;)

| Good shaping, and works well for a simple rhythmic composition. The progression of light across frame adds a sense of interest, although not quite enough for me: it remains a pretty pattern, but not striking enough to really grab me. excellent detailing, and certainly fitting. 6 |

| Definately beautiful texture. And a lot of it too. I love how it fills the frame, but I'm thinking the lighting could be better. See how it's bright in the upper right and dark in the lower left? I'd like to see it more uniform all around. Otherwise very nice for the challenge. ~Heather~ |
