I would have de-saturated some of the makeup on the model as it distracts from the simplicity of the "rainbow" balloons.

Nice exposure and color. Model's posed looks unnatural and uncomfortable. Mouth position is kind-of off too. I like the purple beads in her hand, and the white grate / pattern for the background.

cool bright colors! the makeup adds a lot - but the crop seem a bit forced - especially cutting off the left hand

For me, I'm first drawn to the woman's open mouth - perhaps a closed smile would have been less distracting. Secondly, I'm drawn to the good vivid colors of the balloons. I like the lighting and the left hand side of your image best.
