 When we were out driving, we came accross this wonderful old world garden, with this delicate rose called Peace.

A beautiful peace rose! Beautifully captured. Your florals are always so nice. I will be anxious to see your florals as our winter is coming on now and my peace rose has stopped blooming and is loosing it's leaves.

just plain beautiful shez .. my mum used to grow roses and i think she grew this one .. my memory is the pits but the peace rose really rings a bell and the colours look very much like the ones she had in her garden ... just writing this i can actually smell them !!!! .. this is a stunning close-up ... the light coming thru the petals is fantastic ... :)

Oh, BRAVO, Shez! Spring is really happening there isn't it. What a fresh pretty contrast to all our golds and autumn browns. The sunlight just glows on this lovely flower.

Real nice, shez. I like the "inside the flower" feel of it. Funny how a rose looks totally different when fully open. Peace roses are one of my favorites.

I like the glow which look ike it is created by light shining from behind. It almost looks like the rose has a glow of it's own.
