Looks more like a mushroom cloud than a head. And the water seems to be clearly on a different plane from what it is allegedly falling on.

I keep trying to figure out what is in the background. It is not very recognizable, if you meant it that way, then I think you should have just got rid of it, it is very distracting to me.
