What is pictured here is indistinct. You have a blue light but it is almost completely blurrrrred. I guess this is a pencil light???

It's slightly eerie... I like the blue.. it's perhaps too dark and undefined.. the light seems vague and too abstract to be taken by the audience as well planned or deliberate..

I like the blue llighting and off centered composition. Perhaps a bit of a stretch to communicat it as something other than a pencil, but I still like it overall.
