 Not really a new idea but maybe the slower shutter speed and flash will add some uniqueness to it. I'm guess this won't score higher than a 6... I'll see

Nice enhancement of the colors, and use of shadows. It leaves me wondering what the story is.

Lighting and motion blur are well done (I think, the motion blur seems a little artificial to me but I'm sure it's not) but I think the house appearing towards the bottom is a distraction.

wow, i think only 1 out 10 entries i've voted on actually adhere to the spirit of the challenge... nice job, nice exposure control (in basic!), and great take on the challenge, good luck. PS, this is rear-flash, no?
