Tough light to work with here. This does need some contrast adjustment as it rather "muddy" for lack of a better word. No blacks or white just muted grays.
I really like the different view point though. I can't recall a shot from this angle of the town. Where was this taken from? |

Your photo is too blurry and the colors are not so good.
You should take the photo at a better time of the day with better light. |
