 OK, it's not the most original macro picture ever seen - but I like the colors and the tiny labyrinth on the leaf.

Raw Conversion, Noise Ninja, USM, adjustment layers (Hue/sat, Sel. color, Curves), a little cloning, resize, USM, border, Save for web...
