The Bison are very small. I think cropping down to the river and bison and a little of the snow above it would help this.

Looks like a severely cropped snapshot. My eye is not led to a specific point in the photo.

The steam in the foreground detracts from the bison, and they are too small to be seen clearly. Have you tried a crop at the river in front of the bison to zero in on them and to reduce the vapor cloud?

Too hard to focus on the bison in this pic, the steam in the foreground is dominant and the snow in the background distracts the eye.

Nice view, but to far away may be in black and white will be make this picture is better..

I wish this shot was closer to the bison. It is hard to tell they are there, it seems as though the steam is the subject.
