post challenge:
I didn't have time to enter a better shot of this. I finished shooting 20 min before the deadline. There was some grain I didn't like in this image and I couldn't deal with it in time so I decided to add a little in post proc., converted to b&w, curves and cropped. Later I went back to the other images and took more time to edit one. Here is the one I wish I would have entered.

Actually, I prefer the one you entered, though the color one is good as well. It has a spooky, "not knowing what's around the corner" feel to it.

An excellent example of high ISO noise being put to creative use. Was it noise, or was it induced in post processing?

Nice contrast between light and darkness. I like the lighting on the subjects face, as well as the beam of light.

I like the grain in this shot as it adds to the creepy feel of wandering through the darkness looking for the circuit breaker! Great lighting on the face!

intersting use a grain..not sure how this will be treated by the dpc challenge community...you might get hammered by the "noise".
