 Foggy evening. That's me. Set up tripod. Aimed flashlight at a street light.
Raw converted to black and white. PS levels, curves, highpass filter with softlight blend, gradient around me darkening everything a little, cloned out bird house and rock above my back that was distracting, resize, usm, shadow hilite, and curves again.

nice creative idea.
I think B&w was a good ellection for this kind of image, since it enhances dramma. Not crazy about the rpocessing of the innitial trace of the beam. Neither the pure white of the shinning. I think this would look much better if those two elements were dimmed a little. Nice work overall.
