Wow, is that ever nice. The faraway elements give this perspective that feels lonely and stark. |

I don't find this at all boring. Love the window overlay with this picture. I like the contrasting textures of the plant and the sand. |

How did I miss these, I need to swing by your portfolio more often. This is a fantastic shot, and a great demonstration of photoshop's power! Great choice of processing for this shot. |

This image has so much art and emotion locked inside it, due to your expert processing skills! You captured the bleakness so well!!! NICE. Did you hike all the way out there to find any sign of life? So interesting..thanks for sharing.

Very nice job with the editing, Deb! I like what the overlay has added especially to the background. Feels so desolate!
Try this to add contrast. Add a curves layer, but don't make any adjustments, just change the blending mode to overlay. Adjust the opacity to suite. : ) |

I really like that you include your originals. Thank you so much. It's great to see how you move from that to your final picture. |

Ahhh your PP worked wonders. But you know what is really great in the shot, the long expanse of desert and then the civilization in the distance. Nice one. |

delightfully dirty and dusty. Spending a couple of years in Tucson, I personally love the desert. Although, if in your shoes perhaps not as much. Regardless, I do like this. :) |

Your pp is great. The original doesn't quite have the umph that the final product has. The processing definitely gives feeling to the photo. Like it.

This is quite the difference from the original! Great job of taking the really bland picture and making it into something much, much better. |

Very neat plant, love the thorny texture! I also like the hint of structures off in the distance on the horizon. This came out beautifully, what a difference from the original! |

What an amazing transformation from the original! Almost looks like life on another planet. I'm carving myself out a big chunk of time soon for overlay play. |
