believe it or not i had an idea very similar to this. i was going to have someone with panty hoes over his face like a robber, and he was going to be holding a knife like he was about to kill someone. however, i really like your idea better with the shadow, nice job.

I'm voting this down for one reason only. You filled your space with a secondary subject. The point of negative space is to let the viewer imagine what is in the blankness

I like this one. You might have wanted to do a despeckle to get rid of all the little dots on the shadow. 5
