 I dodged that part of my light bag that said "Lightgear USA" that was barely visible in the background and healed up a distracting shadow on the middle childs neck once I found out it was Advanced Editing. Whoop!

Otherwise, its mostly straight from the camera.

OK am liking this one, the lighting from above works very well. Pity about the tiles on the floor they are quite distracting, but on this occasion I am willing to ignore them and concentrate on the image as a whole.. working well for me here. 8

different, and well done, imo, use of lighting appears excellent, would like to have a slightly higher angle to view faces a tad more,

I picked this out as a thumb!! Darling capture and a very creative use of lighting and model posing. I like this crop (socks, tiles, shirts and hair are all tonally in synch!). Would also like to see a tighter crop without floor and feet. Might have an even more powerful effect, if that's possible. One of my favs in this challenge!! Should ribbon IMO.

Very nice take on the group portrait...Forgive me but for some reason it reminds me of the video of Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen with the way the light is falling. Love the look of mild apprehension on their faces which kinda counterpoints nicely with the divine light falling on them. A great 8

I like the idea and the execution works out fine as well. I am not too pleased with the strange shadows on the middle face and I think the picture might have been more interesting using a different camera angle. (6)

The best submission I have seen for this challenge..

I don't like the socked-feet but that the only thing I can see to nitpick. Other than that, centered composition worked well, very good lighting and there's depth of emotions portrayed... 9.. ok 10. ^_^

I don't know exactly what happened when I looked at this photo but it brought a tear to my eye. I have to say that has never happened to me before. It is a ver a very beautiful photo. Its rather simple but very meaningful. Great job!
