 Coming home last night, my way was blocked by a movie being filmed on my block. Film shoots are both exciting and annoying. They really take over the neighborhood.

I was carrying my take-out dinner in one hand and shooting with the other in very dim light, so these aren't very clear, but here's more from last night:


PS: I'll try and find out the name of the movie.

Oh, Oh!! Sex and the City??? If so, think you can grab Sarah Jessica's autograph for me? LOL! :)

They shot a movie in my home town several years ago. It's a small town, so it basically shut the whole place down. Kinda neat to see it on the big screen though. :) Interesting shot.

You must live in a pretty interesting neighborhood if films are being shot there. Great capture of the nighttime feel.

Austin has lots of movies shot here and the surrounding area too. Nothing like NYC but they call it "the third coast." I was an extra once - made for tv movie. I had a ball but was never seen on camera.
