Very ominous. Something I would hang in my living room, definitely.

For me, this skin looks a bit overly processed & a bit grainy - although that may have been the effect you were going for. I like the off centered composition of the eye. |

If only elephants could talk, I'm sure they could teach us a thing or two. Wonderful capture, I can't stop looking at it. 10 and a fave. |

Such incredible beasts.
A nice crop which really helps accentuate the sheer size and bulk of these animals. I think the B&W helps bring out the skin texture.
The only thing that I would really have liked to see is a bit more definition (or maybe a catch light) in the elephants eye. |

Oh, all that texture! I love the tight crop and b&w treatment. One of my favorites in this challenge. |

Hey you must have seen my fill the frame shot.. :) Just kidding. Well done. Love the B&W conversion. The detail is great in the shot, I think thats where I failed in mine. Hope yours doesn't take a hit like mine because the eye not being bright though. Composition right on the money also. Great work. 8 |

Very good study in textures. A bit more DOF might be good. |

Nicely done, but more definition in the eye area would have been better (but I guess you already know that too) :) 8 |
