Wow - how incredibly close. The image doesn't appeal to me though, can't quite grasp why. I do like the sharpness, just lacks something.

Now that's what I call a close up . .

Very good shot, and extra points for getting him to tell you his name . . I can never get these things to talk to me - they just fly off :- )

woah, extreme macro. The DOF is just a little shallow IMHO and the lighting a little harsh but a nice photo.
