This looks over sharpened - perhaps too extreme a crop? |

I wonder how this would look with a bit more cropped off the bottom? for me, this would put my visual focus even more on the light and clouds. Also the people on the right get a bit.. "lost" It took me a minute to see them. |

Very nice.. Terrific capture of light beaming down, dramatic sky, lighthouse silhouette and the 2 people under walkway.. |

beautiful sky, but poor image quality: grainy, halos around the lighthouse, tree looks too soft |

Only if the lighthouse were backlit. Then this would be really great. |

this sort of light is very special IRL and on this photo the effect is still there, well done! |

I like your composition. Unfortunately the technical part let's you down,
For a silhouette the background is too dark (not enough contrast). I assume that this was not your intention. In advanced editing you can process the same picture twice. Once for the foreground, to brighten the light house and the wave (good timing btw). The second time for the sky. Then you can combine both and you have a picture that shows more details in the forewgroud and keeps the dramatic sky.
IMO the picture is a bit oversharpened (bright halo arond the edges) and suffers from a lot of noise (high ISO?). |

Really not a good image at all. It looks like the location has potential though. Really noisy and has a sloppy feel to its postprocessing. |

Beautiful shot and the crashing wave that you have captured is incredible. I like the way the power of the wave counterpoints with the calmness of the people on the dock |
