nice colors and darkness, good use of "natural" framing.

Awww, how very sweet. I like how you used the opening as a frame. My cats used to love these things. I also like the color contrast of the red vs. the kitty's fur. Good luck.

Cute kitten, but I wish you could see the shape of its body a little better. Like around its ear and its back.

Great use of a cat condo for your frame. Great catch on the face - nice and in focus. The whiskers stand out well.

The sharp focus on the eyes is good, but the incredibly shallow depth of field (possibly post-processed?) provides a rather confused reaction in me, giving an impression of the cat being almost disembodied. I think this effect is possibly exaggerated by the fact that the black of the cat has merged completely with the shadow.

Sweet face. I really like the narrow DOF but I think that red carpet really kills the shot. You could even crop tighter to just have her face. The eyes and whiskers are spot on.

I like the way the cat's face is lit. Not so fond of the composition and the out of focus red area (I guess that is the entrance to the kitty home).

I love the shrpness of the face ad wish the front paws were a bit more in focus as well.

I love how the eyes and whiskers are so sharp against the softness of the rest of the shot. I think I would have liked to see more focus on the entire face but still a pretty picture.

Not sure how the title pertains to the image. The red 'frame' is distracting to my eye, I think a tight crop of the kitty's face would have worked better.
