 Thursday afternoon and I am sitting on a 6.71 - way higher than what I expected. I was sure there were going to be at least a half dozen images of flamingoes - yet mine is the only one. Lucky me!

The kdis and I went to the zoo specifically so I could shoot some of these guys. I was hoping to come back with an image that had the feel of a [user]SandyP[/user] type shot. Came close - but not really. Advanced editing would have been nice.

PP - RAW conversion from LIghtroom, crop, NI, USM, multiple selective color and curve adjust. layers, hue/sat adjust. layers, resize, USM, border.
