Great textures on the silos. I like the way the vines half follow the wire grids, but also break free into natural shapes. I think I would have rotated or skewed the image a bit to get both silos straight. |

I love barns and silos, also. I've captured quite a few. The light in this bothers me in that the important subjects are in shadow while the unimportant parts are in the sunshine - just the opposite of what you want. Perhaps taking it again when the sun is positioned differently? Or perhaps this is the north side, and that will never happen. In which case, try it before sunrise/after sunset, or on a cloudy day when the light is more even. |

I like this a lot. The perspective bothers me a little though, makes it look like the silo is leaning. |

Nice capture without having the main subject brightly lit. This evens out the colors nicely and allows the bright lighting at the left and in the intervening field act as a bit of natural frame. |

The silos on US farms always look good, no matter how old or new they are. The ivy is doing a good job taking over both, against the oxide red of the barn, the silo becomes a feature. Good spotting! |

Nice take, I like the ivy, and the different colors. |

This is a nice subject and shot. I think the bright light on the field in the foreground takes away from it a bit. A tighter crop (or longer lens) just isolating the textures and colors on the two silos and red barn would make for an interesting abstract image as well. |
