These two Ampanman bubble blowers are on the gate post of Mr Ii's house. They used to be set neatly next to each other but have been like this since the typhoon eight days ago.
Ii is an unusual name - it consists of two kanji (Chinese characters), both pronounced "i" as in "pit". Their car number plates all have "11" in them.
Update (Sept 08) These belonged to the Ii twins, who may be about 2 now.

I like the focus on the rock and the toy. The texture on the rock is great. The color lends a warm feel to the shot. Nicely done.

Nicely composed. The colors on the toys really stand out against the dark background. Good use of repetition and dof.

I like the color and DOF or bokeh! Great clarity and detail on the foreground one. Looks like they weathered the storm well.

Good colours, sharp focus and good DOF. These are mundane toys, but with a twist you have made them different and interesting.

Cute! So colourful in a seemingly colour-less world.

They seem to have fallen over in a strange kind of unison, both laying on their sides guarding the perimeters until they can be righted. I like.

I like the variable depth of field here, and the colors really pop from the dark background. Good eye!

Nice take - especially with the accompanying text. Fallen down shiny things always looks wrong and that brings emotion to a picture.
