Actually I quite like the lighting, the defined shadows in the background give the impression that there's a cop car behind the viewpoint with a search light, or headlights on full beam or something. It feels almost candid.

Need to work on the lighting. All other comments regarding the model, while funny, say nothing about you unless you did her boob job.

The harsh shadow behind her and the shadows showing up on the background really pull the shot down. If this is onboard flash, consider sticking your flash on a stand and moving it off to the side. Check out strobist.com for some very good and easy to understand lighting tutorials. With better lighting, and your obvious access to some attractive subjects, you could really step these shots up.

Might play around with the crop as well. Lot of dead space above her that doesn't really add anything to the scene.

Is she wearing a black jacket? I didn't notice. ;-) Brett83 took the exact words out of my mouth re: please arrest me... Great pic.

Please arrest me, i've been bad....Much better than Sexy Marshall. The only thing i can "fault" is the shadow on her left side from the flash. I like the Black Jacket on the dark background...

very nice , but I think the black coat against the black background is distracting.
