In one respect it almost looks like the bee is carrying the flower...is he? Good composition and great natural lighting. By far, my favorite of all the bug/spider and other insect shots I've seen. Good luck in the challenge.

*Shudder* How anyone has the guts to get this close to these things is beyond me, but maybe that is just my irrational fear of bees speaking... =) Really nice colors, this is a really good macro shot.

The bee is very sharp, love the transparency of his wings, and the colors are great. A closer crop would really help him pop IMO, plus maybe clone out that vertical stem in the top right portion?
