This has the "Whiterook" effect of lack of focus and incongruous title. The lighting is too harsh on the subject. |

The image is a bit out of focus, but interesting take on the theme. |

Guessing this is a spider either closing a strand of a web or closing in on a victim trapped in it. Unfortunately the focus is slightly out on this which is a shame as it looked like it could have been a great image |

the color balance, and the focus seems overall off |

This shot has really good composition, colors and background bokeh. However, in this case, without focus on the spider, it's lacking a focal point. Really good idea - I'm looking forward to future entries from you, combine all of those elements, and you'll be doing fine! Cheers, Ralf |

I HATE SPIDERS! But... this photo is out of focus, not on theme and I'm gonna rate yoy really low! |

Nice idea, but focus is soft and the whites are blown out slightly. The bright sun, I think, was too much for the subject. If you had put a gauze or muslim scrim up, that would have softened the light up enough to even it out for a better exposure. |

Wish the spider was more in focus! |

Intereting colors, but too out of focus, and highlights are blown out. |

Great color but lots of blur too. More focus/detail on the spider would be better. |

This was a great composition but it is way blurred. Perhaps a faster shutter next time. |

The focus is just a little too soft for me. Great capture though. |

Not sure if the spider is out of focus or overexposed. Nice composition, though. |

Very nice highlights on the spider and the web. I like the strong colors in the background. The focus on the spider and his web could be sharper. |

The lack of focus makes me feel a bit icky! |

This is nice but the spider looks a little blown out by the sun. |

This could have been a nice photo but nothing is in focus to me. The spider, the web, the flower or the background or something should have at least had the focus. Sorry. |

The spider is over exposed and out of focus. |

Nice idea, but I think the image is a little to fuzzy. |

Looks like the spider was too near to the camera to focus and/or you needed to turn your macro mode on. |

This looks out of focus to me |

A bet out of focus,
Cheers, |
