The lighting and sharpness gives it a silky textured feel. Very nice.

I love the way you have lit this and the conversion is breathtaking.

beautifull!!

I like how you used a small aperture to get a wide DOF. most people would've tried to get the narrowest they could get out of their camera.
LOOOOVE the backlighting :-)

Cool backlighting. Really highlights the feathery feel of the plant.

I like the blending of softness (the grasses) with high contrast. I think this one would really benefit from a white mat.

This is lovely, with nice contrast and pleasing DOF throughout the image. The eye wanders back and forth. The light is just great and complements the "fluffiness" of the grasses.

Weeds I'm guessing? Very pretty whatever they are!

Very beautiful! I love the overall "feeling" of this and the great contrast. I wonder if it would have looked better with the entire plant in focus? Might not have been possible, but I think it would have had more impact. Regardless it is a wonderful capture. I would love to see this printed on a poster and hung on a wall!

I like that you used backlighting for these as it really brings out the "wispyness" of them. The sharpness is great but tends to oversharpened in places.
Well done.
