 Every year we head up to one of the resthomes with the animals to help them celebrate the beginning of spring.

This is an amazing shot. Just enough blur to cause focus to be on the duckling but not so much that you lose the expression on the lady's face.

Lovely shot. It has more resonance the longer you look at this image.
Especially after reading your comment.
Technically i think the composition helps with the intrigue, as the lady is out of focus, whilst the duck is sharp, also the noise in the image fits wonderfully.
This shot has a lot of feeling i think. It shows aswell.
I like it alot.
