This does not really convey a sense of power to me. Perhaps if there had been a bit of motion shown.

Nice idea but less than ideal execution. IMO this is one where motion blur would have been nice to give the feeling of speed and power. Also, the ball is obviously overexposed.

I saw a review of the Olympus E-510 where the photographer caught the ball as it was being squashed by the racket. A tough shot to get. Love the colors and with more attempts you'll get the shot.

Nicely done, it would be a lot cooler though if you captured the moment of impact to show the compression of the ball.
